We do not offer any refunds for any reason.
Please contact us immediately if you happen to receive the wrong order, so we can make it right!
If an item is defective, we ask that you provide us a photo clearly indicating the defect via email within 5 business days from the delivery date. We will then determine if the client is eligible for an exchange. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping costs or duty fees when conducting an exchange. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the replacement item has been shipped. Once an order has been placed and process, no changes can be made to that order. Thank you for understanding.
